My nutrition coaching is structured to help you get unstuck and feel better in your body, without extreme diets or unrealistic rules. Whether you're looking to improve your energy, balance your blood sugar, lose weight, improve digestive issues, or optimize your athletic performance, I provide clear, science-based guidance tailored to your real life.

 

Together, we create a personalized plan that addresses why your body is responding the way it is, above and beyond what you eat. I help you make step-by-step sustainable changes in the way you eat that support steady energy, improved digestion, metabolic balance, and sustainable weight loss, so you can integrate habits that actually last.

Nutrition is only one piece of the health puzzle. To support long-term success, we also look at sleep quality, stress load, nervous system regulation, mindset, and patterns that may be keeping you stuck. This holistic approach is necessary for making lasting changes.

I have specialized in sports nutrition for years and love helping active individuals fuel their bodies for performance, recovery, and resilience, so training supports your health instead of depleting it.  

For clients who are open to it, I integrate human design and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) into nutrition coaching. These tools help increase self-awareness, reduce self-sabotaging patterns, and release emotional stress that can interfere with consistency, healing, and long-term progress.

   

Every nutrition client receives a human design reading, which adds an additional layer of personalization. This helps you understand how your unique biology, energy patterns, and decision-making style influence health, habits, and ability to create lasting change, so your plan works with you, not against you.
