Well-being involves food choices, mindset, nervous system regulation, sleep, stress management, environment, and your social, emotional, & mental health – and we talk about it all. 

Within my nutrition programs, I integrate intuitive eating and a tool called Human Design. Every nutrition client receives a Human Design reading which provides clients a ton of insight about how they operate.
