This session is 90 minutes and is done via Zoom. It's recorded so you can be present during our session, and I send the audio to you afterward so you can listen back at any time. I have been a registered dietitian and nutrition coach for 23 years and I focus on getting to the root cause of your health concerns. During this session, we talk about the Primary Health System (PHS). It's a facet of Human Design that shows you how to optimize your well-being. As differentiated human beings with unique energy, we are each supported by different digestion, environments, mindsets, and flow. Your PHS tells you: + the way of eating that supports your brain function, digestion, and overall health & well-being. + your greatest sense that helps you know what is right for you. + your most supportive living environment. + the mindset and mental awareness that is healthiest for your mind. During this session, I will look at look at circuitry, undefined centers, and prominent gates because each of those is associated with physiology in the body.
