Monthly Coaching

These monthly coaching calls are for anyone interested in receiving ongoing support for human design, nutrition, health, or any type of life goals.  


We will meet for one hour, twice per month. Each session is via Zoom and is recorded. I send you the audio recording so you can listen back at any time.

🔍INDIVIDUALIZED GUIDANCE: These sessions are completely tailored to your needs, ensuring you receive the personalized support and insights necessary for your growth.  

If we have been working together on nutrition, the follow-up and accountability twice per month is helpful for staying on track with your goals.

For human design, we can talk about your design, your spouse's design, your children's design, parenting with human design, nutrition and human design — the possibilities are endless.

As you go about your day, you start to feel the gifts, and you may even start to notice where you're blocked. You start to build awareness about how your energy operates. This awareness is crucial for the deconditioning process and unlocking your full potential. The magic of Human Design happens when you can FEEL your energetic gifts in real life!
